At Kubby House Kids we pride ourselves in high quality products, and like to offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
However, in the event you do receive something from us that is faulty, we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange - whichever the customer prefers. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the faulty item has been caused by the customer.
If you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to off an exchange, give you a refund or a store credit, as long as the garments are still in a brand new condition and have the original labels attached, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. No refund or exchange will be arranged until we have received the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund you for any shipping costs that you may have been charged with your original order.
When you first receive your delivery from us we ask that you please check garments thoroughly before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. Items where tags have been removed will be deemed accepted.
If you find that you wish to return an item/s, you can do so by using the following steps:

within 7 days from the date you received the item notifying us of your intention to return it.

We will then email you a returns form for you to complete, clearly stipulating whether you would like us to exchange the item, set up a store credit or fully refund the item (the cost of shipping is non-refundable)
You will then need to return the item/s to the following address:

We must receive the goods within 14 days of the date you received them. Returns received outside the above time frame can only be refunded as a store credit.
Returned items will undergo a quality check prior to being accepted as a return, to ensure they have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
We will try our best to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, but this will be subject to stock availability. Alternatively you can exchange for another item, ask for a store credit or request a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving the returns item.
If you request an exchange on items, and there is a difference in price on the items being exchanged, we can either refund the balance owing to you, or offer you a store credit.
If the difference is a balance that needs to be paid to Kubby House Kids, we will notify you of the balance owing, and the exchanged items will be sent upon receiving your payment.
